Out of State Residents Registration Policy

Out-of-state residents must pay an annual fee of $25 per year to register, get a card, and be allowed all the privileges of other C/WMARS members.

Exemptions to this fee include:

• Those who own a vacation home or property in Massachusetts.
• Those who reside in Massachusetts to attend school.
• Those who rent property in Massachusetts for more than 3 months a year
