Loan periods are subject to the local rules of each consortium and not to the rules of CWMARS.

You can place holds on materials in other consortia. In fulfilling holds, the system will always give preference to cardholders of that consortium (as opposed to cardholders from outside the consortium). For example, a CWMARS cardholder placing a hold in the Minuteman collection will always have their hold ranked lower than Minuteman cardholders holds on the same title.
