Do you knit? Do you crochet? What about latch hook? Or cross stitch? Finger knitting? Scrap quilts? Help the librarians cover pillars and poles and rails and more with colorful patches of yarn in any form to create a special inside art installation envisioned by Naomi for the summer reading program “Find Your Voice”. Bring color and texture and fun to Meekins as we drape and wrap anything and everything with vibrant and imaginative pieces. Already an entire consortium of donated octopuses are playfully perched high up in the library—and plain gray poles are bedecked with an entire rainbow of colors.
