A LETTER FROM C/W MARS

C/W MARS would like to thank all of our member libraries and their patrons for their support and patience in the changes we have made going to a new software system. We are aware that many of you lost holds in the migration and had other problems with accessing your records throughout the process. We and our member libraries are working very hard to address your concerns to ensure you receive the best possible service. Please be aware that there is nothing simple about our migration. We are one of the largest library networks in the United States with a significant number of transactions happening everyday occurring all across central and western Massachusetts. In the coming few weeks and months you will continue to see improvements in the library catalog's speed and design as we make adjustments based on patron and library input. The change we made going to the new software has some significant benefits:
